A credit card is required in order to guarantee a reservation but is not charged until your arrival day. Three days minimum cancellation notice by email is required to receive free cancellation or to reschedule any reservation. You must receive a confirmation email reply from Sandaway when canceling. Without 3 days' notice to cancel or reschedule your credit card will be charged at that time for one night's lodging. Group bookings or 2 or more accommodations require 10 days minimum cancellation notice.

We store credit card numbers for only a short period of time in order to increase the level of security. All credit card numbers are deleted from our system one week after each reservation’s scheduled departure date. For your privacy, personal information is used only to process your credit card transaction and reservation.
It is required that you will not come to Sandaway Suites & Beach if you or others around you are not feeling well, or feel you may have been exposed to an illness. We can issue a voucher for those circumstances, so you won't lose any money. Just let us know, even if it's the day of your arrival. *Sandaway Suites & Beach can't be held liable for COVID-19 related damages.
*Waiver and Release of COVID-19 Liability By Hotel Guests
I understand that during the COVID-19 pandemic I have rented a room from Riverview Hotel Corp., d/b/a Sandaway the “Hotel”) to arrange for accommodations for me and/or my guests or visitors and we do not need treatment in hospitals, do not need to be isolated because we haven't contracted COVID-19 or do not need to be quarantined either because we haven't been exposed to persons with COVID-19 or we are not members of high-risk groups who need to be protected from exposure to COVID-19. The waiver, release and other representations and covenants set forth herein are given in consideration for the Hotel for me and/or my guests or visitors to stay at the Hotel and occupy one of the rented rooms in the hotel. 1. Acceptance of Risk; Release; Indemnification. I am fully aware that there are a number of risks associated with me and/or my guests or visitors entering on the Hotel property, becoming a hotel guest and/or occupying a room at the hotel during the COVID-19 pandemic under the circumstances of the rental of rooms, including without limitation: (a) I and/or my guests or our visitors could contract COVID-19 or other diseases such as the flu which could result in a serious medical condition requiring medical treatment in a hospital or could possibly lead to death; and (b) I and/or my guests or our visitors will be subject to normal risks associated with staying in a hotel. On behalf of myself and/or my guests or visitors and our heirs, successors and assigns, I knowingly and freely, assume all such risks, both known and unknown, relating to my and/or my guest’s or visitor’s occupancy of a hotel room and being a guest at the Hotel as described above, and I hereby forever release, waive, relinquish, and discharge the Hotel and the Owners, along with their officers, directors, managers, officials, trustees, agents, employees, or other representatives, and their successors and assigns (collectively, the “Hotel and Owner Representatives”), from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, rights, damages, expenses, and causes of action of whatever kind or nature, and other losses of any kind, whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, (collectively, “Damages”) as a result of me and/or my guest or visitor being a guest at the Hotel and occupying a room at the Hotel as described above, including but not limited to those related to the above described personal Injuries, death, disease or property losses, or any other loss, and including but not limited to claims based on the alleged negligence of any Hotel or Owner Representative or any other person. I further promise not to sue the Hotel or the Owners or any Hotel or Owner Representative, and agree to indemnify and hold them harmless from any and all damages resulting from my and/or my guest’s or visitor’s being a guest or occupying a room at the Hotel.
