Reservation, Cancellation & Stay Policies for Sandaway Guests


A credit card is required in order to guarantee a reservation but is not charged until after your stay. 7 days minimum cancellation notice by email is required to cancel or reschedule a reservation (*10 days notice is required for holidays). You must receive a confirmation email reply from Sandaway when canceling. If you are booking within 7 days of your stay there is no cancellation. Without 7 days notice to cancel or reschedule your credit card will be charged for 100% of the total room rate unless we can re-rent the room nights. 

  • B&B style rooms available. All rooms have a private bathroom, individual Heat & AC, and cable TV.
  • If your room has a water view or a porch it will say so in the description.
  • Room rates include a lite fare breakfast delivered to your door.
  • Free Wireless Internet available in all rooms.
  • We have no telephones in our rooms. 
  • Sorry no - pets, smoking, incense, candles, elevators, room service, or porter service.
  • Sandaway's waterfront grounds and accommodations are suitable for adults only. Sandaway is not childproof. Exceptions will be made occasionally under special circumstances like group events, and must be approved by management.
  • Check-In starts at 3:00PM 
  • Standard Check-Out 11AM
  • After promotional value expires on vouchers paid value is not valid for Fridays, Saturdays, Federal holidays (or the day prior to).
  • Vouchers must be booked before the book by date, or the promotional value expires. The paid value will remain.
  • Please be sure to use any gift certificates or vouchers before your value expires.
  • No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk.
